miss natalie and ben came to visit us at the shop just before christmas and snapped our photo; a rare occurrence to have a good photo of both of us. usually one is blinking or scowling, or doing "weird hand" (an un-natural awkward bend in the hand/wrist), or smiling way too big, or looking away disinterestedly. in case you were wondering which choo is which- alethea in black on the left and jill on the right. back at it
we're back to work after a nice week long break. it feels good to get going again- we have a long to do list to start checking off in the new year. item one: make an arrangement with amazing white water lilies. check.

happy new year
just wanted to give thanks to everyone who has supported us this past year. we are grateful that you appreciate what we are doing. 2011 is going to bring some huge changes for us and we hope you'll continue along for the ride. see you next year. xo- jill, alethea, matt, lil' boy, pee wee, and bernie.

the shop closes today at four- woo hoo! we will be on break from december 25th through january 4th. we'll re-open on january 5th feeling very relaxed and refreshed we hope. there might even be some dog photos in the next few days! and- we just got our plane tickets for a trip east in january! we'll be in nyc on 1/19 through 1/21 and then cruising around new england through the 28th. let us know if there is anything fun going on!

student work from this morning's holiday centerpiece class- not bad huh! we'll be announcing the next round of classes when we get back from our break in the new year.
