to relax. this week has been the kind of week where you say on tuesday- is today friday? it has been a long one. yesterday afternoon was amazingly warm and beautiful here so we started our weekend with a backyard rib fest.

we are crazy busy this week with a bunch of cool projects (we'll show you in a bit), we just had time for a quick 20 minute beach break today. hope to come up for more air soon. good night.

save the date

things are really happening now! here is a small peek at a component of our save the date- our location is a greenhouse filled with ferns, with baby tears growing from the floor, and moss hanging from the ceiling. it will be an unusual wedding spot...but it seemed just right for us. these are cork stickers i made by gocco-printing a fern and punching out the scallop shape. lots and lots more peeks coming!

we also borrowed a few of our favorite containers from patty to create some fun fall displays. we love to change the textures in our homes when cold weather rolls around- and the cozy feel of felted wool just can't be beat.

one of our other awesome weekly clients has a large collection of vintage containers that we use for her arrangements. we keep a box full at the studio and choose a different one every week depending on what flowers look best. this week we made her a big one with french tulips, orange ilex branches, amaryllis, large succulents and some pretty bay leaves.

we sent this combo over to our new monthly "wildcard" client. instead of getting the same arrangement every week- we send over our favorite things as we find them! one day it might be pumpkins and maybe later in the week a bunch of double hellebores. if you are interested in more information on our monthly or weekly delivery options shoot us an email.
