we had a big feature in the san francisco chronicle this morning! three holiday projects- a fruit "chain" garland, succulent gift toppers, and a winter wonderland "terrarium". (article by chantal lamers and photos by stephen lam). view the article here, and the how-to here!
just added pics to flickr with some more details on how we made them! the tags and stickers were all gocco printed- inspired by a vintage botanical identification label and our greenhouse location. we stuffed the bottles with the muslin label and threaded some baker's twine through so it was easy to pull out! we finished off with green grosgrain ribbon and a cork sticker.
well- our save the dates should be safe and sound with their owners now...so i'll share how i made them soon! here's a peek at the group shot. and! we're getting some engagement photos taken tomorrow by this talented lady- of course i just got a big zit.
just restocked the shop with birch and added a new variety set on special for the holidays! some of our favorites popped up at the market yesterday- muscari and local violets.
