I am so excited for you both I can barely stand it...its good to know that the dream can come true! I name all of my snails (and other random insect/small animal finds) Steve. I find a small comfort in knowing that I'm not the only one naming them, but repitiously so. (At least yours get a little variety!)
I love to see your progress. I am living vicariously through your shop's developement, as it seems to be close to my own "dream shop" in size style and layout. Since I neither live in a big city with old charming spaces nor want a retail storefront, it will remain a dream, and thats ok. Good to see someone else livin' it. Love your work, using all the homegrown/gatered-looking materials. Hope to visit when I go to SF.
