birthday log
lia got me this awesome log planter which i filled with herbs and moss. it is growing so quickly though- i may need to transplant outside!
party time!
yesterday was my birthday and the start of a week long vacation from work! we went to my good friend lauren's engagement party in the afternoon. there were many adorable children, (like these two little cling-ons), the food was delicious, and the drinks were flowing! i am so excited for vacation. i'll have some birthday pics later.

fête begins!
i have been very busy here installing our new summer show! i set up a flickr page for the show if you want to see more pics. it is really fun and gardeny- i am so excited! we also have a new sixty forty print from karen combs of nama rococo. she is such an amazing artist. i have this weekend off so i am really looking forward to doing a bit of relaxing-see you soon!

best ever
the pee wee and bernie portraits i ordered from sian arrived today! they are amazing- all the little details are so very lovely. pee wee's little upturned nose is my favorite. even the tissue paper in the package was pretty. you can get one made of your pup too!

back again
yikes! i have been so busy at work i didn't realize how long i'd been away! we are doing a show switch now so it will probably be even busier this week. ah well. i was really excited to see this new group in my inbox yesterday. i am going to try and take a few "stills" every day to get back into the swing of things.
